Unfortunately, as we are now also all finding out, washing our hands regularly dries them out quite badly. On top of that, when suffering from already dry hands, using products like hand sanitisers or synthetic-based hand washes can really challenge the skin further. Our loyal customers have for years, used our Bioskin Zeoderm Skin Repair Moisturiser to support their hands.

Zeoderm cream contains many natural ingredients that can help relieve itchiness and soothe any irritation. Ingredients such as Jojoba Oil and Linseed oil are two powerhouse ingredients gifted from nature that can make a dramatically positive difference when battling challenged skin. The one ingredient, however, that stands out the most for us and what makes Zeoderm so unique, is the volcanic mineral Phonolite .

To relieve itchiness and inflammation we utilise a plethora of natural oils and extracts, such as Jojoba Oil and Linseed Oil. The one powerhouse ingredient, however, that makes Zeoderm so unique, is the volcanic mineral Phonolite, one of nature’s few negatively charged minerals. This means that Phonolite can both bind and remove any toxins from your skin, as well as draw and remove impurities, effectively protecting your skin from free radicals.

The powerful natural actives in our Zeoderm will allow the skin to regain strength and find its healthy balance again. Our Zeoderm Skin Repair Moisturiser creates a physical barrier from external stressors, allowing the skin to stay hydrated and nourished for longer periods of time.

Aqua, Glycerin, Urea, Linum Usitatissimum Seed Oil (Linseed Seed Oil), Cetearyl Alcohol, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil (Olive Oil), Phonolite, Cetearyl Glucoside, Borago Officinalis Leaf Extract (Starflower Leaf Extract), Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (Castor Seed Oil), Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba Seed Oil), Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Ethylhexlglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Cymbopogon Martini Oil (Palmarosa Oil), Lavendula Augustifolia Oil (Lavender Oil), Pelargonium Graveolens Oil (Rose Geranium Oil), Rosa Damascena Flower Water (Rose Flower Water), Citronellol, Geraniol, Phenethyl Alcohol, Linalool

1. Apply at least 3-4 times a day initially onto the affected areas.

2. Reduce this application frequency as the symptoms subside.

3. When the skin has returned to relative normality, continue using the product to top the skin up with Zeoderm's vital nutrients at least 2-3 times per week. This should keep the symptoms controlled.

4. Suitable for applying to the face, but be careful around the eyes and other sensitive areas. A tingling sensation may be experienced at first but this should subside quickly - it means the product is working!

I have been using this product on the body as a moisturiser with some success. It has the smell, texture and appearance of thin putty, from the linseed oil component. It is not at all unpleasant, soaks in quickly and smooths the skin without irritation. It is better to apply it and wait a while before dressing. It also helps to squidge the product in the tube (when closed) to mix it up a bit first to give an even texture. I am always amazed (on the rare occasions it happens) to find a cream which does not irritate or redden or create other side-effects. It works well for me on hands and legs. I use it to soften the skin, reduce irritation and help repair the allergic effects of food additives on eczema-prone skin: red, swollen and flaking skin caused mainly by sulphites, mustard and the usual shockers. I have used it very sparingly on the face after Derma Serum and will do so again. I find it best to use Zeoderm S.R.M. for only a couple of days on the face, then to give it a break when the redness and roughness have reduced. Too much and it feels sticky.Writing as someone with a vast museum of failed moisturisers and lots of grief, this recommendation should encourage fellow sufferers. Keep off the processed foods with preservatives and petro-chemical creams if you can, and try this instead.

My Go-To Cream! A wonderful product -a skin saviour in all conditions. I use it on any dry dehydrated skin, especially hands, feet and shins. In fact I went to my usual salon for a first post lockdown pedicure yesterday (bliss!) and the therapist commented on the excellent condition of my legs and soles of my feet. This cream is such an added bonus for challenged skin. My 84 year old mother has a skin condition that gives her red circles of skin. Those circles now break open.
